The son had some half-full rum bottles kickin' around gathering dust and I was like, WTH? So I made a rum cake, complete with rum sauce. God, it was delicious. He loved it too!
I baked it in a bundt pan...
So that meant I had to flip it over. The 'right' side looked God-awful compared to the wrong side but...
It was still freakin' delicious ... and got better with age!!
